Lake Ann Historic Walking Tour

The Benzie Area Historical Society has partnered with the Almira Historical Society, which will lead a historical walking tour of the Village of Lake Ann.  Please meet at the Almira Historical Society Museum, 19440 Maple St, Lake Ann, MI, around 4:45 pm.

The walk will be approximately 1 mile long, starting with a tour of the museum property’s buildings,  then proceeding to the heart of the village, highlighting several historical buildings and locations along the way.  After the tour, participants may choose to stop at Lake Ann Brewing for a beverage and live music while enjoying dinner from Stone Oven, located right next to the brewery.  The walk will take place along the gravel/sandy drive of the museum to a paved side street that leads to a sidewalk into the village and will last approximately 60 – 90 minutes.  There is a slight incline in both directions.

Registration is required as space is limited.  To register, please click here
