The story of the First Congregational Church of Benzonia, built in 1887 by Congregationalists from Ohio. Earlier they had founded the Benzonia Community and Benzonia College. Erected in 1884/87 the First Congregational Church served the congregation until 1968. In 1969, the building became the Benzie Area Historical Museum.
